Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery is available between 7am-9pm, 7 days a week, though special requests will be considered. We provide free delivery for any purchases over a $150 value in the immediate Quad City Area.
Additional delivery fees:
Silvis, East Moline, Hampton, and Carbon Cliff are $25
Moline, Bettendorf in Davenport, and Rock Island are $35
Eldridge, Clinton, Coal Valley, Blue Grass, and Orion are $45
Galesburg, Muscatine, and Cordova are all $65

What surfaces can you set up on?
The preferred surface types include grass, concrete, hardwood or vinyl floors, asphalt or turf. Dirt and gravel surfaces are not recommended.
Will I need access to electricity at the event site?
Yes. Inflatables will require at least 1 grounded outlet for each blower required to operate it. Generators are available for rental if a power source is not available at your event site or if an insufficient number of outlets are available. Please check with event space for available electricity sources prior to rental and contact our office to confirm if it is sufficient for your rental(s).
How long will delivery & setup take to complete?
The answer depends on a number of factors. If QCB is delivering and setting up, Classic Bouncies typically take 15-20 minutes for setup once they arrive. Larger rentals will take longer. And locations may vary due to difficulty in access to setup site. If you opt to pickup and setup the rental yourself, you will want to budget considerable addition time to setup.
Our professionals are more experienced in this process, so naturally, they would be more efficient. Also be sure that you have access to the site prior to the start of the event for setup. For example, if the guests are arriving at 2pm, make sure you have the site reserved for no later than 1pm.
Can inflatable rentals be used indoors?
Yes. Because indoor setup requires unique anchoring equipment, it is important to notify us if your event will be indoors upon reservation to ensure the correct items are issued at setup. Also be sure to check available ceiling height of the room and confirm this is adequate with our team prior to rental day.
