Change answer to, “We understand that weather can be unpredictable, even up to the time of an event.  If you decide you must cancel or postpone your event, we can cancel your rental, however the $50 deposit will not be refunded, though we would be happy to issue it as credit toward a future rental.

If you have paid for your rental in full in advance, but need to cancel, a 24 hour notice is required for a refund. The $50 deposit will be deducted from refund balance, but may be credited toward a future rental.
