Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits

• A $50 deposit is required to secure all bookings.

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward rescheduling when applicable.

 

Cancellations

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before delivery are non-refundable.

• Earlier cancellations may be eligible for rescheduling.

 

Weather Policy

• In cases of inclement weather (rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions), rentals may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered at our discretion.

 

No-Shows

• Failure to be present at the delivery time will result in forfeiture of payment.

 

Rescheduling

• We will work with customers to reschedule whenever possible based on availability.
