By booking with Quad City Bouncy, you agree to the following terms:

Bookings & Payments

• All rentals must be booked online.

• A $50 deposit is required to secure your reservation.

• Remaining balance may be paid via card or cash.
   

Cancellations

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 12 hours of scheduled delivery.

• See Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
   

Delivery & Setup

• Quad City Bouncy will deliver, set up, and take down all equipment.

• The customer must ensure adequate space and access to the setup area.
   

Safety Rules

• Adult supervision is required at all times.

• No shoes, sharp objects, or food inside inflatable units.

• Follow all posted and provided safety instructions.
   

Weather Policy

• Rentals may be canceled due to unsafe weather conditions (see Refund Policy).
   

Liability Waiver
Customer assumes all responsibility for the safe use of rented equipment.
Quad City Bouncy is not liable for injuries, damages, or accidents arising from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

 

Damage Responsibility
Customer is responsible for any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear.

 

Agreement
By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
